Products
Testtools are authorised distributors of all products found on this website. We purchase through the correct channels, we DO NOT 'back-door' these products from overseas distributors.
Pricing
All prices are 'exclusive of GST'. Our items are priced significantly lower than our competitors due to the fact we are an e-commerce company with little overheads. With this in mind the prices listed are our 'best price' and we cannot offer any further discount.
Ordering
Orders must be placed through this website. If your company does not allow 'internet based' purchasing you may send us an order by e-mail. No phone or fax orders are accepted.
Payment
Payment can be made by the following methods: Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, AMEX (2.75%) or Bank Deposit. Your credit card will not be processed until your order is ready to be despatched.
Support
We do not list a phone number for support or questions as we are an e-commerce site only. We could not offer such heavily discounted prices if we were to offer such support. However support can be optained by sending us an e-mail.
Stock
While we try to keep all items in stock, we cannot gaurentee that all items will be available at time of order. We will notify you once we receive your order if any items will be delayed.
Shipment
All orders are despatched on the following day of receiving your order (if all items are in stock). Our carrier is Australian Air Express, an overnight service by Qantas & Australai Post.
